JUNIOR PROGRAMME
Our Junior Tennis Programme is perfect for learning the game, whether you are new to tennis and hitting your first ball, or an advanced club player who trains regularly. Our coaches are committed to providing the best environment for children to learn, develop and have fun. We also understand that tennis can be an expensive sport and therefore try to consider this in our pricing.

YOUTH TENNIS

JUNIOR COACHING
In all sessions players will learn a variety of skills which will improve their coordination and athleticism, as well as improve their technical and tactical tennis knowledge. Our Junior Tennis Pathway provides foundational, club and academy coaching for ages 4 to 17, therefore providing an excellent learning environment to all levels.

JUNIOR PATHWAY
*Ages 4-5* Our Blue Stage sessions are designed to help our youngest players improve their balance, agility and co-ordination and feature a variety of coaching equipment aimed at getting children active and having fun, whilst teaching them about the sport we love. *Ages 5-7* In our Red Stage sessions, our coaches help children to further develop their co-ordination, balance and speed. Here players will begin to understand how to rally together. *Ages 8-9* Orange Stage tennis is played on a larger, but not quite full size court. Here children will begin to serve accurately overarm and hit more precise ground strokes whilst continuing to further their tennis skills. *Ages 9-10* At the Green Stage, children continue their progress and move up onto full size courts. It’s the final stage before moving on to full compression yellow balls and helps players develop and improve all aspects of their game. *Ages 11-14* With skills developed from the previous stages, children will now use full compression yellow balls, the same as the pros use! They will use their skills to continue building their game with greater understanding of the sport. Ages 15-18 Players will continue to explore different game styles and start to find their own. They will evolve through well-rounded motor skills development whilst improving their physical capacities.
